What is it worth to feel like you matter, feel like you have control of your life, and feel fulfilled?
True transformation/change requires commitment. If you are not willing to commit financially to yourself, you will not be willing to commit to the effort and time. When you are invested financially you are more likely to show up and finish what you started.
My mindfulness coaching is about digging into the subconscious conditioning we are all influenced by from an early age. Raising awareness about your go-to habits, limiting beliefs/biases, and coping mechanisms allows you to start choosing the life you want vs. reacting to the life you have.
