Most of our suppression comes from a place of resistance. 

This becomes particularly evident in group dynamics, with significant consequences. 

Foster clarity and unity through the foundations of openness, vulnerability, and curiosity.

Addressing the root cause of the symptoms of apathy, cynicism, or resignation.

How Suppression Limits Group Dynamics

When we are constantly focused on "fitting in," we cannot focus on bringing our best or authentic selves.  We temper our ideas, actions, or passions.  With each suppressed idea, the group's potential is limited and held in check. Being able to regulate and generate your state of being within a group is the most powerful way to contribute to that group.

Each individual is then free to express their perspective openly, increasing the group's potential for effectiveness.

Learn, Grow, and Develop Together

By learning to create a team dynamic together, based on acceptance and expression, the team sets the standards and guidelines for new members and how to move forward.  Avoiding the dreaded "That's just how it's been done around here." trap.
